We are happy to administer the project on your behalf once the project gets on site.

Initial Consultation
A preliminary site visit and meeting will be required to assess the property and appraise your aspirations for the project. This is without obligation, and will be followed by a written Fee Proposal from ourselves.
Sketch Scheme
We will measure the site/building and following interpretation of your wishes produce a scheme we feel best fits the needs of yours against the legal, technical and financial constraints placed upon the project.
Detailed Design
Once the principles have been established we will then prepare detailed scaled drawings showing the scope of works for you to appraise.
Planning Permission
We then submit the completed drawn and written proposal for Planning Permission on your behalf with an accompanying Design & Access Statement describing the underlying approach and justification behind the proposal. Planning Approval confers the legal right to carry out the development on the land/buildings in principle.
Building Regulations
We then prepare more detailed drawings and written specifications and submit these to the relevant Building Control Authority on your behalf. Obtaining Building Regulations Approval as per the detailed drawings and specification (and discharge of any conditions issued by the Building Control Authority) signifies that the work carried is at least to the national minimum standards.
